The Company

IOT is a payment processing company that focuses on mobile payment solutions. They support many payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Interac debit, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, and WeChat Pay. They are currently using Monday management software to manage their payment terminals and assign terminals to the local merchant.

The Problem

They cannot track which store is using the machine right now, when it was installed, who installed the POS machine and who sold the POS machine to where. Moreover, they are willing to know more information about the machine status.

Goal

We come up with a service tailored for IOT pay that could help with managing their inventory, track their POS machine, and check the information easily. Companies like IOT pay can easily search the machine number show all the detailed information of the machine. Moreover, they would like to know how many users are using the machine. (a similar system to Monday.com)
